No, we don't like to make specific recommendations. For one thing, what you want and need won't be what I want or need.

In my opinion, stick with an unmodified OS unless you have a very good reason to use something else.
Put "windows untouched" into the search box and choose one of the later Windows 10 versions.
Perhaps you can try a customised OS when you know a little more about Windows, drivers and related things.

Desktop Window Manager is an integral part of Windows 10. If you try to halt it in Task Manager then Windows warns you that it is a really bad idea.
Google "What Is Desktop Window Manager (dwm.exe) and Why Is It Running?" for an article on the How-To Geek site.

HEY...? what about bluetooth, should it be working fully? i can get PS4 gamepad working with Medieval Bluetooth Network Scanner (which is btw great little app!), but no headset or gps module. Some bluetooth services are not available and some are. Would it be BIG ASS OPERATION to make bluetooth fully functional and if yes, what might complications be?

I installed 5 languages normally. Worked for me. Probably something I installed with. However as I am no longer on this OS, so won't be able to guide. :-(

Yes to all. Upgrade was removed afair, restore point too was, unless I am wrong here. Super fetch never was a concern for me though, but yes removed.

And I just learned how to multi quote. Never realized it was so easy.
