Locked How to Fix error "Direct 11 Require" for any game ?

First of all this is my spec :

And this error keep haunted me for 3 days

What i already try but still fail is :
- reinstalling Any windows but all fail one of them was :
#Windows 7 AIO Update 2020 from other Website
#Windows SuperLite W10 FBConan
#Windows 10 Ghost Spectre
- reisntalling DirectX, in many ways but still fail too
- trying the game in my Laptop Acer with low Graphic Driver prefecture x86 just to make sure the game is not corrupt
and the result the game Run Smoothly with no eror
- Updating my NVidia driver but error still occurs

is there a solution for this ?

i've already google it out for this problems but not work

i just bought this PC 1 week ago with that spec
anyway thanks , il'l contact the distributor later.

no you cant ...dont buy from scammers i hope you get your money back you should report them to police if they are company etc

I'm not sure why you bought something very old - most likely because this was cheaper than others
hopefully you didn't buy this online - but from a used-goods Store or from a retailer from the Mall

you can return it but you need to buy something much better from them
like something more recent or something that you can afford
