Never blocked Autocad in hosts, no need for that... Follow instructions, and you will be fine. Do clean uninstall and install it again after restarting sistem. I am using this one since first version 2024. If you need some tips, fill free to dm me. Ill tip.

Thank you , it stop working like every 10 days, I just Medicines it again and again with "Autodesk License Patcher Installer 2024" , it does everything automatically and takes 20 sec

Just got as nastygram from Autodesk.
Modified the host file and blocked a bunch of .exe files on original install. Haven't changed anything since then. Guessin somehow the app phoned home. Did a full removal and clean re-install and applied the medicine. So far so good for the past couple days.

It worked for a few days, and now I getting message "Your AutoCAD license is not valid". I followed instructions in medicine folder, but I cant figure out what I did wrong.

Update - Flagged again. Did a clean removal and now the reinstall stops and wont complete the install.
Back to an earlier version. 2024 is a nice update. >ratz!<

I'm using Windows 11 and getting a license error. I've followed the ReadMe guide and installed the License Patcher.
Update: I've blocked these hosts and it seems it is working:
127.0.0.1 genuine-software.autodesk.com
127.0.0.1 genuine-software1.autodesk.com
127.0.0.1 genuine-software2.autodesk.com
