In file D:\Medicine\SSQ-MIX-XFORCE\install.txt

Step 3) Replace the version.dll - \Program Files (x86)\Common Files\Autodesk Shared\AdskLicensing\Current\AdskLicensingAgent\

In the .iso there is no version.dll nor in the directory that says to replace... strange

i know is kind of much to ask for, my 2021 version was flagged last week , really wish to get a replacement .

Not sure if is supposed to be but In the Medicine file ,i can't find the autodesk license patcher installer, only found the uninstaller .

autocad is rolling new security for their products. patched files and Medicines apps gets easily detected. anywork around with this?

only way i've got cad working now is by going fully offline and staying offline.. seems to work fine then. its pretty annoying though

I experience the same for some time now ... and the same happened 3rd or 4th time already. Every time I run the batch time and it works for 10-15 days or so.

Going fully offline is not an option for most of us, but maybe blocking some of the services or denying access to internet or something?

i've tried blocking everything... either im blocking the wrong things or autodesk has a way to get around that also because nothing i try seems to work

I've heard from multiple people experiencing invalid software notices (popups) in the last 4 days...something has definitely changed...

I've blocked acad.exe from access to internet in my Windows Defender firewall settings, we'll see ...

Found a potential solution on youtube...haven't tested myself yet. Aparently renaming

C:\Program Files (x86)\Microsoft\EdgeWebView\Application\117.0.2045.36\msedgewebview2.exe (I suppose blocking would also work)

solves the license issue, but causes crash when closing Autocad 2024...Feel free to give feedback...I'll try during the week and report also.

i did my fix and stopped the license pop out issue as follow
1. Close Autocad 2024
2. Open notepad as Administrator
3. Open hosts file located in (C:/Windows/System32/Drivers/rtc/hosts note: show all files the see the hosts file
4. Add line below the text and type 127.0.0.1 genuine-software2.autodesk.com
5. Save and Close

It is strange don't you use an adblocker? You can use AdGuard or UblockOrigin It depends on what browser you use.
I use Popper Stopper in accordance with uBlock Origin with Chrome and my headaches have stopped.
