I don't have this soft, so my answer will by general, unpack .7z, and look for a file described as 'System Info', right click it, and open with the Notepad. Quite often they contain information how to install given soft.

The instruction is: Mount or burn ISO to USB.

So do that, and if you cannot find instruction in the mounted ISO or on a USB drive, post the screen of the content, so someone can point it out for you.

sorry for that...it actually works after installation go to that .iso file and search for "Medicine" folder ther i chosen 1st option and opened a batfile something..
Oh, btw you must switch off antivirus and windows defender to make it rewrite the licence file and after that open the adobe and chose network option as licence and voila...its done...
