Nothing disabled except microsoft edge, and instructions to re-enable it are in the beginning of the thread

I have SEVERAL 1903 releases, just look thru them. Im sure one of them will suit your needs. I never take anything out, so its always a FULL install with nothing disabled in my newer releases.

Actually there was DoUploads link. I removed it and made torrent only knowing no more direct links coming.

It was posted so long ago I forgot. Anywho, to "whom it may concern", I dont post direct links for OS's anymore, if you want them then be a good member and seed and have a good enough ratio to get our works,

ALL the apps are 100% working order. No Medicines needed, unless you count the startisback. I didnt have the AIO version which is preactivated when this build came out, so had to use a Medicines with it. After a NEW install the Medicines went away and had to be reapplied.
