I do have an issue, not sure if it's something on my end or not... The Win Key or ALT key does not work, and I cannot for the sake of me change input languages (either via control panel or Alt+shift or Ctrl+Shift)

Replace them with the default one (imageres.dll) and use the wintweakaero program to remove the arrow.

fast and precise boot is ok, however is it normal that the win logo key is not loading or intentionally disabled? i even used external keyboard suspecting my builtin keyboard needs to replace, but it hadn't, they both the same as inaccessible the win logo.
