Is the "Lite" version actually lighter on the hardware?
I have a 2013 laptop, 2GB of RAM. Is this one of the easiest builds I can install on it or do you suggest something else?

Run it in a VM first and then decide.
What is "lighter" and "easiest" for you it might be not for me or someone else.
I don't think you have a problem installing it in your laptop tho.
