are you using rufus?
if yes, just try an another software like Etcher, ImageUSB, Ventoy or WintoUSB, power iso and try installing again windows

yes....i just connected my phone...cause dnt hve a lan connection..it works

i've trying these build using rufus MBR, deploying w/ latest rufus works fine, installing Compact (w/out Defender)
one thing i cant accessing file / print sharing from other PC , anyone has same issues with file/print sharing?

have you tried to run it as an administrator?
before trying to install it again, disable your antivirus if you are using any...............but first check if your antivirus has blacklist the utorrent.exe (some antivirus are giving false alerts for utorrent)
