as it had happened to other members, just try an another software like Etcher, ImageUSB, Ventoy or WintoUSB, Power iso and try installing again windows (rufus has problems with the last updates)

Not quite all member but few, in fact i suggest you to add like "Got permission to post and big thanks... whom..."

Those are my suggestion and i know few people made own multi installers from scratch, like team OS VIP 0.4 program. So few it is.

bluetooth working fine, have you checked your bluetooth device you are trying to connect that is working properly?
