Maybe it’s because of defender enabled as default it already corrupt the file you want to open that’s why you can’t open itHi. I'm scratching my head over this one problem and I need help.
I've installed a cheat engine and it won't open whether I run it as an administrator or not, I supposed it was due to Defender (enabled by default) so I disabled it but it won't work either, I even searched through Regedit and replaced all the value (related to the app) to 0 but still it won't work.
Usually, in stock windows 11 and other custom OS (that are not extremely tweaked), I can open it so long as I allow it in Defender or I disabled Defender. There will be a notification saying something like I've installed a virus but I did not see it on this OS.
@Phrankie please reply it's urgentBIG problem: I'm getting the welcome screen which is forcing me to log in to a microsoft account. I haven't done any updates but i have disabled metered connection as i needed to install additional language features. What do do to get rid of it?
I've also installed the OS without Defender but still it won't open. But anyways, I've already solved the problem and you were correct, I installed another cheat engine and it worked out fine.Maybe it’s because of defender enabled as default it already corrupt the file you want to open that’s why you can’t open it
