Windows Update

After successfully disabling all, taking ownership of some cr@p and tweaked Task Scheduler comeback scripts, I'm unable (incapable) to prevent the Windows Update & Gang services to come back to life ...

My taskbar gets an annoying alert

And here they are randomly back alive before being disabled ... (Update Orchestrator [UsoSvc]; Windows Update [wuauserv]; Medic Service [WaaSMedicSvc]) ... BITS back to Manual too.

Could please someone shed some light on how to take control of this mess ?

Sorry but seems that the images from my above post were removed ...

- Taskbar shows the message "Your device is missing important updates. Select this icon for more info"

- Services shows: Update Orchestrator as Manual and Stopped; Windows Update as Manual and Running; Medic Service as Automatic (Delayed) and Stopped

The below KB4023057 keeps installing itself. I've uninstalled it a couple days ago and here it is back.

I had on my pc too which came unknowingly but most shocking was it ain't available on microsoft update catalog after that disabled updates but gave a quick search on microsoft which looks weird check spoiler
