What are your reg tweaks?
What services are disabled?
and, why keep Windows firewall?

These are the reg tweaks applied.

You must be registered for see links

I kept windows firewall because there are members here who don't have the knowledge as some other and I don't want to start complaining, the less the better.
Thats why I don't disable more services (i can go deeper), but I prefer not too.
Then is when the "game" starts, they start complaining about this is not working........etc.
You want have any problem with the services I have disabled, go to task manager>services and check the ones that are "stopped"
I know that you already know that

WU is removed as in other builds so the answer is no you can't.
