If anyone is unable to use the installer. Right click the file go to properties and Unblock it and retry. Sometimes Windows irrespective of AV marks the Internet downloaded file as Blocked.

I have installed Office 2024 thru other means. Not thru this site. However I was hoping that many MS 365 features should have been there in 2024.
e.g. LAMBDA function in Excel 365 is still not available in O2024 preview.

I install it but as i open it and go to the OPTION and find there it still shows Office 2021......while in the screen shot shared by you it shows office 2024 !

although i first uninstall the previous version 2021................

Windows defender has blocked the installation, whitelist the folder with office and try again

Only you know what you did wrong, have you "tick" the correct ones?
You must have the folder with the program placed at c: NOT inside other folders
