Hi, having issues using my mobile internet router from ZTE (using a sim card).
It works fine using it with my smartphone or TV, but having major trouble on my laptop with it (Win11).

It connects just fine with my laptop, can browse the internet etc.
But when I try to use some software, like Email client (Betterbird) or Discord (chat software) or game launchers like Battlenet, they keep telling me that they can't reach the internet.
When I switch to my normal home router, everything works just fine...

Below are some screenshots

Here a video of the errors

Hmm..

Have you checked your mobile provider and router to make sure that said apps are not blocked by your provider?
Since you said it all works fine with your normal internet, then when you switch to your mobile router, they are blocked. Sounds likely that your mobile provider is blocking them.

I assume, that You disable Your LAN card before switch to WiFi card, right? If not do it!
On settings of that WiFi card check in "power management" tab and Uncheck box with "Allow the computer to turn off...."

EDIT
Just see that You use WiFi for both routers... Check setting in router then....firewall and child security first

power savings are all turned off, checked my router and nothing is blocked :/
in the past, even with that router, everything ran without problems

what if you use the same SIM card (if compatible) in your mobile phone, create a hotspot and check again if apps fail to connect to the Internet when connected to that hotspot on your Win 11.
If possible and you are familiar, use apps like wireshark (free on Windows) to trace the packets on WiFi and see where it is stuck.
It could be that some ports (lower numbered) are blocked by your mobile ISP?
Web Browsing does not pose issue here as most of the times it initiates communication on an ephemeral port which is never blocked by ISPS

well, kinda, for now I stick with this W10 version
the only reason I wanted W11 is cause I have 4k€ gaming laptop and wanted all advantages, but watched some reviews on this and the performance boost in games is slim to none

Just something to try ....
run cmd as administrator (while connected to problematic wifi)
run the following commands:
ipconfig /renew
ipconfig /flushdns

try again ... yeah and remember to check tcp/ip set to auto and not some fixed ip etc....

already did that :D
since it is now working on win10 (fbconan version), I think it had something to do with the w11 version I had
