Thank you for your continuous help. I did as asked and installed the C++ libraries using this script.I don't understand your logic. You install something and then you get errors but you don't think that the two events are related?
This post will help you install Visual C++ runtimes.
Install all of them, x86 and x64, whether you think that you need them or not.
I also noticed that, when launching the CC Desktop app it just gets stuck on an empty window with an ever spinning loading icon.
I then found out that launching the "Adobe Desktop Service" found in "C:\Program Files (x86)\Common Files\Adobe\Adobe Desktop Common\ADS" does enable CC Desktop to launch, but also prompts the same error messages from my last post about failed assertions.
In this current state, Photoshop is still not able to launch, even though CC is running and showing a Photoshop Update. I've considered updating, even though this will most probably kill the Medicines, just to see if it launches at all then.
