Have you installed Creative Cloud Desktop?I can't get Photoshop to work. This was also an issue with other Medicines from on here. I already tried uninstalling all Adobe Apps and deleting everything Adobe related in ProgramFiles, Common Files, AppData and some more. I don't know what to try anymore. I did disable some services after my first install, but re-enabled them after I discovered this issue. If anyone has an idea what i can do please let me know.

Try disabling your antivirus before running the installer, sometimes false positive stops medicine treatment. Hope this helpsHow did you install ? I got blank screen after open the exe.
