I have the same thing , to this broken Microsoft Edge, the system does not want to download additional languages, Ms store also does not want to update applications,for the moment the system is not usable.

i never in my testing have try to rename things...im more RAM testing and stability testing..
cant help anymore coz im on new build atm....lest wait for Jerry..he will find a fix...dont u worry...just wait...hes at work atm...

As for MS Store, it's not about automatic updates, I did it manually and nothing was updated while as for windows services, I even restored all of them to the "default" state with Easy Service Optimizer v1.2 and still the system would not download language files , showing an error

Just checking all the issues...............................Microsoft Edge installed without any problem, languages too (i have install 2 languages) and windows store is working too you can see screeshots below.
Windows updates are partially disabled, to solve the issue..........................try to Reset windows updates with this script.

The issue in which you can't rename the folder is straight from Microsoft, probably with the one of the updates.
I have made a new build exactly as the first one, with the latest release from Microsoft and its working fine.
Sorry about any inconvience caused, but usually I don't check my builds with renaming folders, this had never happened to me before.

Direct link added with the correct iso.
I will leave the torrent because it wouldn't be fare for those who are seeding
