The iso in the torrent link has an issue, you can't rename any folder, this is an issue with one of the updates from Microsoft
We had made a new one extactly as the first one using the latest build from Microsoft

I have the same thing , to this broken Microsoft Edge, the system does not want to download additional languages, Ms store also does not want to update applications,for the moment the system is not usable.
