If I remember well there is a program inside the iso to make a bootable usb
Just unzip the iso and have a look inside

You can use ventoy or even boot it using Easy2Boot.
You can add the Easy2Boot menu system to your Ventoy drive

I notice that the ISO is not bootable. But resulting pen drive should be as there's bootx64.efi at \EFI\Boot folder therein
