When using a VPN, the only encrypted part of the connection is from you to the VPN provider. for more details google it...ok but I tried to get through vpn and it also does not work
I too have been unable to access Strelec for awhile now. I consider Strelec to be the best (based on size and content and personal needs) but there are 2 GREAT options: Medicat and Beloff Minstall/WPI. They are both very large but something nice to have in your toolbox regardless of size. Beloff interface is in Russian but you open the ISO and extract all the applications. 'Most' will be in English (multilingual)does anyone know what happened to the official Strelec website?
