Can it have any necessary changes to the installer so that installation under EFI / UEFI is possible not only from CD/DVD, but also from USB? If it is possible, then please upload that installer iso (at least the XP SP2 x64) at your earliest (after doing all necessary changes, if any).
WinXP cannot be installed under UEFI but it can be started if you have previously installed it in legacy mode or has be deployed using sysprep.

Everything works beautifully on VMware Workstation 8. There is a problem with graphics on real hardware on WinXP 64-bit and for now only the universal driver VBEMP (AnaPa) does the job but then the video acceleration doesn't work.
32-bit version of WinXP I have not tested on real UEFI 32-bit equipment because I do not have one but there were such devices built on the basis of Bay Trail, e.g. Lenovo Flex10
To run WinXP 64-bit under UEFI 64-bit we need a loader from the beta version of Vista 5384.4 + boot.ini or Server 16497 Longhorn + BCD
