i just noticed that the other day, Aero Shake, a windows tweak program,
gave the ability to enable or disable it, and I wondered, what the heck is that,
nothing on my PC is shaking, well, now I know and I feel a little silly.

First of all, this is not related to the topic, and you should make a topic in the help/requests section.

Second, if and when you do make the post, please include more info. We cant guess which OS (version) you are talking about and it's important because language packs are different for each windows major version. There are LXPs (Language Experience Packs for newer windows), or LPs (Language Packs for older versions), or LIPs (Language Interface Packs), and all of those need to be downloaded one way or the other from MS as the files are often huge because they include apart of a text translation of everything including help files, spell support, speech to text and other such things.

You can google for more info on what are windows language packs and how to find/install a windows language pack offline.

We won't need a tutorial for that. All you need is a program called WindowFX and it adds those types of animations to any window and you can find it here

thanks, dude nice tricks the one about the command prompt transparency .. I never thought about that. (In kali its already transparent)
