try this Select App > Apps & features and type in 'security' in the search menu box. An icon for Windows Security will pop open. From there, click on the options (three dots) and select Advanced options. Now scroll down to Reset section and click on Reset.

I have this black screen at security panel when I remove windows defender from an iso with MSMG Deployment tool.
But it is strange that this issue happens suddenly.
Do you used Windows Defender Remover or another antivirus?

Experiencing a black screen issue in Windows 10 can be frustrating, but there are several troubleshooting steps you can try to resolve it. Here are some methods you can use to fix the Windows 10 black screen issue related to Windows Security:

  1. Restart your computer: Sometimes a simple restart can fix temporary glitches. Press and hold the power button until your computer turns off, then press it again to restart.
  2. Check hardware connections: Ensure that all cables, such as the video cable connecting your monitor to the computer, are securely plugged in. Try unplugging and reconnecting them to make sure they're not loose.
  3. Boot into Safe Mode: Safe Mode loads Windows with minimal drivers and services, which can help identify if the black screen issue is caused by a third-party software conflict. To enter Safe Mode, follow these steps: a. Restart your computer. b. As your computer starts, press and hold the F8 key repeatedly. c. From the Advanced Boot Options menu, select "Safe Mode" using the arrow keys, then press Enter. d. Once in Safe Mode, uninstall any recently installed applications that might be causing the black screen issue.
  4. Perform a System Restore: If the black screen issue started after a recent system change or update, you can try using System Restore to revert your computer to a previous state. Here's how: a. Boot into Safe Mode. b. Press the Windows key + R to open the Run dialog box. c. Type "rstrui.exe" (without quotes) and press Enter. d. Follow the on-screen instructions to restore your system to a previous restore point.
  5. Update graphics drivers: Outdated or incompatible graphics drivers can sometimes cause a black screen. Visit the manufacturer's website for your graphics card and download the latest drivers for your specific model.
  6. Run Windows Update: Keeping your operating system up to date is essential for stability and security. Run Windows Update to check for and install the latest updates.
  7. Use System File Checker (SFC): SFC is a built-in Windows tool that can scan and repair corrupted system files. Open Command Prompt as an administrator and type the following command: "sfc /scannow" (without quotes). Press Enter and wait for the process to complete.
  8. Perform a clean boot: A clean boot starts Windows with a minimal set of drivers and startup programs, which can help identify if a third-party software conflict is causing the issue. Follow these steps to perform a clean boot: a. Press the Windows key + R to open the Run dialog box. b. Type "msconfig" (without quotes) and press Enter. c. In the System Configuration window, go to the "Services" tab, check the box for "Hide all Microsoft services," then click "Disable all." d. Next, go to the "Startup" tab and click "Open Task Manager." e. In the Task Manager, disable all startup programs by right-clicking on each and selecting "Disable." f. Close the Task Manager and go back to the System Configuration window. Click "Apply" and then "OK." g. Restart your computer and see if the black screen issue is resolved. If it is, you can selectively enable services and startup programs to identify the culprit.
If none of these methods work, it might be best to contact Microsoft Support or seek assistance from a qualified technician who can further diagnose and resolve the issue.

I tried all of them before, I think I will format my laptop when I have free time and then reinstall all the programs :(
