Office: why not? everything can be installed. Also, you can add languages in settings.

I prefer EnterpriseS LTSB and LTSC over anything. They are both the best builds ever. Right now I am using this one just for testing purposes...
Conclusion Excellent. I will describe it as lite as LTSB (2016) but more modern and feature-rich as LTSC (2018/19). Good for gaming and business, good for everything.
One con (not for me, for gamers): does not have Xbox components and services installed. I think it can be installed via PowerShell but di not tested.
In short no trash. Pure muscle fast and lite.
