If you have good experience with the first edition then stay with it. Do not fix it if is not broken. The second edition has the latest updates integrated, more wallpapers - LOL, more bloatware components have been removed and all components of some other bloatware are now completely removed, well as much as possible (biometry, telemetry). In short cleaner versions, consume less RAM and CPU.
Although I did not have an issue, neither other members, one user reports a problem with the activation of NET Framework 3.5 in the initial build. Now that should not be a case for him.

Press WIN + R Key , type services.msc , find service called "Windows Mobile HotSpot Service" click on its properties and make it automatic form disabled after that start that service , than connect mobile hotspot.

(1) First case:
The search bar works fine ONLY with StartIsBack or any other similar third-party app like Classic Shell, IObit Start,....! Few search components which are connected with Cortana are removed!
Install back StartIsBack!

OR

(2) Second case:
When users trying to type in something with a search bar in Windows Explorer a small windows bar should appear at the top of the Explorer (below the search bar) that says search service is disabled. Simply click on it to enable the service. Done, the search will work now!

Of course you can. You can have users as much you can! Search online
Maybe to create a user account with administrative privileges, and then log in to Windows using the new account. I do not know, do not use scanner
That can be connected with you printer, PDF editor, etc... Also check for the relevant services and enable them
