I know that.. as soon as i click on desktop icon setting it gives this error- "windows cannot access the specified device, path or file. you may not have the appropiate permissions to access them"

Don't worry Everything is working fine now.. just needed a restart

Can we use windows updater in this version or we lost all tweaks?

Tweaks will stay for common updates (tested) but cannot guarantee for further major updates when M$ force all apps again (like 19H2, 20H1). For instance, few days ago my genuine LTSB "downgrade" to PRO version with important updates when I login via Microsoft (non local) account!??? I needed to do clean install!

And about torrent speeds, it is very big issue with my BSNL ISP ( india broadband provider ) since last 2-3 years so i never used torrents till now and sadly can't change my isp due to no other broadband facility in my area . I don't quite understand... You have to "click download again"? What client are you using? Just re-check the torrent. I can assure you there are 80+ seeders (check on page 1) and has been completed 366 times. I for one am seeding from my host computer and from seedbox...
