Locked Windows 7 Updates, how to?...

Hello.
I have an old Vaio with windows 7 SP1 enterprise and it works perfectly.
In posted new versions of win 7 it indicates ex:"...with updates (KBxxxxxx) August 2021".
How to find and/or perform these updates on my windows 7 already installed?

I think is want to update Windows 7 with latest Extended Security Updates (ESU) available for ESU customers only, until 2023.
If you don't receive this updates automatically search Google\Youtube for BypassESU or Simplix UpdatePack 7.
