used rufus to burn???? what partition style you selected?

Now I'm trying with Rufus.

Le: i ve tried with gpt and mbr, same thing.
Also tried to boot in safe mode, but the same it’s getting stuck…

no, you are doing it wrong
Use Rufus and burn the file with default setting of rufus,(the setting will change when you will load the iso file, further if you want you can check if your partition style is MBR or GPT)
then choose to boot from usb and choose your windows and then go....

In the background your windows have already started but the the screen is stuck at the logo if you have speakers connected to the pc then you can hear the login sound while booting for this you just have to enable legacy mode in your bios and you should good to go.
I also faced the same exact problem 1½ years ago
