please post tweaks for windows 7 fast work, when in computer image's folder open then lots of loading for thumnail preview, also when i am photoshop use then memory problem, i already have 4 gb ram, but memory problem.

I'm guessing you're using a hard disk drive only. Thumbnail loading(among other things) is expected to be a bit slow on mechanical drives(HDDs). An SSD, on the other hand, would be a great "tweak" for you.
