Know problem, will be fixed in future, MS is testing fix. in the meantime you can use Process Lasso to kill the process, I set kill if used 10% cpu for 10 seconds, it actuall worked, else my laptop got hot.

yes ,, this problem exist ,, and appear when copy , rename , or move files ... sometimes explorer is unresponsive few seconds ,, mine is not hot , but irritating Bug.

explorer.exe will loop, using one engine, I saw two instances using total of 50% cpu, this caused my laptop to get hot. Using process lasso, I can termiate the processes, eliminating the problem
