If I understand well, you ask about how to edit Win 10 Theme. And more specifically, how to edit the disk tile in the main explorer window. I once asked how to change the size disk tile, and got reply that you can not. That it is related to the size of the system font and that its change causes display errors. If you want to change the color only, you need something like msstyleEditor.

well i believe the answer to this is still No in windows 10 it can't be changed unlike in windows 7 those that have tried in 10 have reported errors and stability issues

well good luck with this 1 i spent 2 days looking into it and talking with people to see if could be done all come back with same answer so if you find the version of windows 10 please do let me know it would be most appreciated .
