You can but you have to know how otherwise you can break your system
The easiest way is to download the 7tsp GUI v0.6(2019) search in the internet for it and install the icon pack you want

I think so (loaded and ran ok) but I'll read the posts for your more recent build as i see there's a lengthy discussion re reverting to default icons. The reason I'm pursuing it is this build runs beautifully on my machine. I just have a strong personal preference for default icons rather than customised ones.

Yes you can besides as I said at description "Windows updates are working BUT not upgradable (cumulative update)"
Yes you can use it in any pc

At the bottom of the spoiler with all things removed from the os, you mention that you have removed some drivers. (This has nothing to do with your os.. just personal question)
May I ask why? Or more like.. why were some drivers deemed useless; What kind of drivers are these that are not as important as other ones?

Drivers such as:
Floppy disk
iSCSI Initiator
Point of Service (POS)
Modem
Scanner
Sensors
When you remove something lets say like scanner it automatically removes the drivers of the scanner
This is the only reason

Features are gone thats why
Try to update windows or use DISM++ to re-install framework, you might get luchy

Open a command prompt as admin, run sfc/scannow
When it finished restart your pc and check if icon pack is the default one
Otherwise
Download or grab the imageres.dll from an untouched window iso and replace it.

Download and replace is good idea (I have stock os)
But I have question friend-
i need to replace imageres.dll file after installation or modify iso file then install the os?
