Fix your ratio bro. Start seeding torrents you have downloaded from here. .40 minimum is required to get torrent files.

Your problem is your ratio,,, it should be at 0.40 and you are just shy of it. Seed back these inactive ones you have to bring it up...

This is not related to the current Windows version. You have a problem in your system. Try to change the auto-login user, or investigate further for trojans and other things, which tend to mangle with the default windows set-up
