19h1 working just fine for me. RS5 or 19H1 it's up to you. I'm sure everybody has a different opinion or answer.

Im asking a basically what the differences are between the two. BEcuase i seem to having alot of issues immeidaltey after installing the 19H1 and its my first time using 19H1. The problems are with download speeds and freezing up. IVre installed a couple different 19h1 and all are the same. so im wondering

Wait for another year to completely get a nice build of 19H1, on low PC specs or on moderate Intel boards it freezes whatever you do it return back again and again .so please be with 1809 or win 8.1 or Win 7 ur choice for now good luck

My humble suggestion stay with 1809 for now.There are mixed reviews so better be on 1809 Good Luck

Go to attic bring down all the old torrent files to client of ur choice set the directory to the downloaded data & start seeding for a month minimum as you are so low in ratio. then you get bonus points(1hour=1bonus point) exchange them to Upload credit(1GB=120points). Raise ur ratio if not one & only option left out to you is to Subscribe to VIP .
