Hello, I have a problem, I downloaded this and made a bootable usb drive using rufus, but when I try to run it it says "windows could not determine the language to use for setup. Error code 0x80004005"

I tried re downloading and making a fresh install usb, but same problem

Update:

on the third attempt, if I try to run the setup from windows desktop, I get the above error again.

but now if I try to boot from the device it just gives me the "windows did not shut down properly" page, and the only option it gives me is "start windows normally", bringing me back to my current desktop

another update: I am new to this site, but I am not new to the world of tweaked OS's and boy am I having problems with this one.
After about 6 attempts at making bootable installation media using windows tool and rufus I finally got it to install.
I followed the link in this thread to activate it.

But what I have here is useless.
I am unable to install any programs whatsoever, they all give errors about reading memory
But my ram is working, fully recognized and no issues where detected with MemTest86 , so it has to be software related.
I am also unable to use any console commands whatsoever, because every single one, whether pasted or typed says " not recognized as an internal or external command"

Thank you, and sorry to ask more, but as a mod, you obviously know your stuff, could you recommend a version? ideally that has the telemtry/ads that type of bs removed if possible please

not lite ISO size 1.08 GB after install my c drive take 16 GB install driver approx 18gb way to big my previous windows 10 Interprice LTBS 2016 (customized by me with ntlite, MSMG ToolKit, WinToolkit etc.) raw ISO 890mb with driver ISO Size 1.10gb Lenovo ideapad all drivers also AMD radeon ........ with driver install size my c drive take only 4.5 GB
