I believe he use enterprise and slim it down alot because it less option to removed..pro has too many features and integration components..indeed if it PRO it should say PRO not enterprise..well done with the job..I was confuse ?

I can language via software-download.microsoft.com/download/pr/19041.1.191206-1406.vb_release_CLIENTLANGPACKDVD_OEM_MULTI.iso install using this method:
1 – Press Windows + R keys on the keyboard to open the RUN dialogue box.
2 – In the RUN box, type lpksetup, and press enter.
3 – Click on the Install display languages option.
4 – Find the downloaded .cab file and select it from the location where you saved it on PC.
5 – Now hit the Next button and wait for the language pack to install in Windows 10.
6 – All done.
Succeeded but i can't change the language .
And i can't the keyboard layout change. It would have been very important.
Can you leave it in?
Anyways, you did a great job.

at the description it says only english language, from the moment author has slim to the minimum this build and has removed the most of it, the most of winSXS folder is gone, you can't add any language.
its only for english purpose, this is the problem with customs builds and especially with the superlite ones, you may play one game but you can't play an another depending the needs of every game.
i prefer not to remove so many things in my personal builds because only problems occured.
as i always say "what is gone is gone" and you can't bring it back (most of the times).
this build is for advanced users, take it as it is and not compain, the author did a good job and he is very specific at the description " This is my personal build of windows that I use, designed to run everything I need to and nothing more. "

is Net Framework 3.5 had enabled in that os ?

its written at the description
*Net Framework 3.5 is not installed, and is NOT installable.
*Net Framework 4.8 is installed, and is complete, not stripped down, for software compatibility.

can i install in legacy???

no VM installation supported so you have to tested by your one or wait for someone here to respond in case he did in legacy
i think you could but you never know with customs builds

@blumbird look to my ratio , i have 70.5 % i seed 196 torrent file from my home out external drive
So i do not seed from a seedbox that most members here do
so yes the ratio is correct working ...

With other words SEED TILL YOU BLEED
and keep your ratio above the 0.4% then ALL WILL BE FINE .

You write in vain. My RATIO is low. I don't know English and they ask me to upload programs. I don't know and I don't understand how a new topic opens. I have nothing to upload. @blumbird when you use a torrent program like UTorrent and download a torrent then it will seed after that it is done with downloading ...
and yes when you naturly stop the seeding and take the program from the utorrent Dir / map then it is nomore seeding so then you do a HIT AND RUN ...

So the Cure is : let the program in the torrent program map / Dir, copy it to another place and install it from there
then it will keep seeding ...
