Windows 10 LTSC 21H2 - Altered States MPB

Thanks to @Alessia_Amelia for the images for the build.

Starts with a LIVE Boot PE Environment with AOMEI utilities.

This is about as "LITE" as it gets for my builds. Still nothing removed, but not a whole lot added either.
This is only 4gb in size, and install is about 17gb on the hard drive. CPU and RAM usage are low as well.

NOT over 5gb, so NO freeleech on this one!

ALL telemetry is blocked using Windows Privacy Dashboard. This can be undone by opening
the program and clicking the "Revert" button or individually selecting the items to enable.
Windows Update works is enabled and works 100%

Other than the telemetry, nothing is removed or disabled.

NOTE: Built using Windows 10 LTSC 21H2 x64 19044.2965
This is a MPB build so no support from the builder. Sold "As Is".

NOTE: Activated and Medicines included on desktop just in case.

NOTE: Updated through May 21, 2023

NOTE: OS cleaned, optimized, and defragged for better performance and space saving.

NOTE: It takes about 10 seconds for the desktop to completely load after install.
Be Patient and give it time. You next bootups are normal speed.

NOTE: It is possible that a box will popup with an error for WindowBlinds. This is due
to the Medicines applied which prevents it from "phoning home". Just close the error and all
will be well. RARELY pops up, but it is possible.

Just to reiterate, NOT over 5gb, so no freeleech on this one.

Works great as always. Pretty small for a "Proteus" build, but still nothing removed, just not as much added
