LTSC 2019 is one of the best for me too.

The Windows 10 LTSC 2021 version is not updatable anymore with normal way (with WSUS or with a standalone installer). For about 10 months everything goes well.
I'm stuck at 19044.3570 build and i can't update to the latest update November 14, 2023.
I try an in place-upgrade but the issue still persist. I have a black screen.

EDIT: finally i found a solution to update to the latest Windows version but i do it with the hard way.
