I have set to 200 you maybe want it higher like 215, also check all explorer windows only

Note: News and Interests on taskbar doesn't really go with this glass Taskbar
so I just turn it off, here is a Reg file to turn it off, or you can just right click turn off yourself:

Install Notes

After first desktop appears, startisback gets installed silently, allow it to
do its thing, then it will reboot once into the OS ready to use. If you want
full Longhorn look in file explorer, click on OldNew Explorer shortcut on
desktop and hit install, after selecting options. I would select all of them.

Then you Get Full Longhorn like this:

Longhorn Start menu added

New Rainmeter Longhorn sidebar added:

Setup:

First login will look like this, let it do its thing ( install Startisback and set style) then reboot:

You cannot download torrents until you start seeding that long list of inactive torrents I see you have, and fix your ratio.
