The Windows 10 Enterprise LTSC (Long Term Servicing Channel) is designed for devices where the key requirement is that functionality and features don't change over time. These devices include ATMs, point of sale (POS) devices, and other automation and IoT systems.
This is a lite version of Windows 10 Enterprise 2019 LTSC x64 with updates till May 2023. This version of Windows can be installed from USB/ DVD drives as a fresh installation only. Upgrades not allowed. Use Rufus or Any Burn for bootable media creations.

Thank you elzer for time and effort. All looks just perfect (what most users really want). I have a question about using an older Enterprise version instead of the newest one. I know it is updated to May 2023 but is there a reason for choosing an older version - Any features/benefits for that? (I am in a learning mode now).

There is a bit of security concern in this build.
There was download in the chrome by default which had an url , when this url is opened it takes you to a mega account in logged in state. shows all files and everything.
Please do the needfull and close the session if needed.
