type "services" in start menu,then in services find windows connection manager,properties,then "startup type" select automatic,apply.right click again and start. i first installed drivers...

Unfortunatelly, keyboard is only English. Not interested in changing desktop language, but at least keyboard should be possible to change.

Only for the italian keyboard, I found a keyboard updater software. just google: tastiera-italiana.it and you will find the download under installazione.
