Doesn't matter on all that bro. It's your HDD which matters. Mine is a 10 year old model laptop. i5 4210U, 8gb ram. I could run it smoothly enough. Even Pentiums can.

For now the biggest bottleneck is internal HDD read and write speed. Mine is 5400rpm. Damn slow. Frequently slows down because the write speed is low and windows 10 demands higher.
Even 7200rpm HDD works I believe. Check which is yours. See if you can get your hands on an SSD (internal). Even a basic 120 or 240 gb works.

For now I had to go back to windows 8.1 because even with such light build, the disk usage showed 100% and slowed down. I'll go back to this build once I get hands on a SSD in a few months.

you are right, i install back windows 8.1 , it is faster for hdd

I used another program and had success creating a bootable usb. I have installed the OS and just trying to turn the windows update system icon back on.

There are more than a few here with updates turned off.. Find one that suits you and get back to us in say 6 months..

Also there are few scripts and softwares which select turns off feature updates, upgrades and telemetry nonsense. Restricts updates to only security updates.
