UltraUXThemepatcher unlocks 3rd party themes, then just use a 3rd party theme for the appropriate version of windows (1809, 1903, 1909, 2004 etc...)

Re-phrase of build... "Watered Down" was a term I used to describe the OS compared to its VIP counterpart. The only difference between the VIP & this version, NO POST INSTALLER. Other than that, IDENTICAL OS's.

Thanks for this nice upload, today I was installing this but it has a problem, it's missing some images (pictures) at startup/setup, (see the photos).
I have tried it a few times but without succes, can you tell me if other people have the same issue?
Is there another Windows 10 LTSB or LTSC with the ROG Red theme that i can download, because the other ones are not LTSC.
