Thanks @Gollapudi For The Update
Burn the ISO to a DVD to make a bootable installation disk, then boot from the disk. Alternatively use the ISO to make a bootable USB device using Rufus and boot from that. However you use the ISO, the installation will start automatically. You cannot use this build to update an existing installation; you have to do a new install.thank you for the share!! can someone help me understand how to install this? there is no setup.exe
It'll be in Settings. Update & Security seems the best place to look.Thanks for this. But may I ask?
How to turn on Windows Security/Defender?

Try configuring Rufus something like this:Thank you for your answer Charlie. I did make a bootable usb right from the start but when loading through bios it pops a message that i need to disable USB Legacy mode, which i did and then it bypasses the whole installation process and booted my Win7 instead. It has 2 other options on that screen though:
Recreate the drive in Rufus and use:
*Partition scheme -> MBR
*Target system -> BIOS (...)
or Erase the whole drive in Rufus by selecting
*Boot type -> Non bootable
I burned it with Rufus as a FAT32(Default). Maybe i should do so in NTFS instead?
Here's a screen of that error:

Nobody else has reported a problem so it is likely that your hardware is not compatible or you are doing something wrong.stuck at setup is starting screen. why that...?
