While typing a document in Microsoft word, the screen froze then the laptop power off.
When I press the power button it loaded a recovery page.

Your PC or device needs to be repaired.
Because a require file is missing.

You are having a BSOD episode. It could be both hardware and software problem. Few days ago I encountered such problems. My pc crashed whenever I played games. I tried almost every software related solutions and also reinstalled my win10 but no luck. I was also convinced to change my PSU & it would costs me none of the less but 50 to 70 bucks. Then a computer servicing guy solved my pc for less than 2$! Turns out I got some dust on my CPU cooler and RAM (also a power cable thingy was wrongly inserted)! He cleaned it and voila! I'm playing games with no issue!

Similar problem last year with wife laptop. I wrote this 2 months ago. The comp crashed in various situations and i had to reinstall windows. 1, 2, 3, 4 times then i asked myself "wtf is wrong?". The answer in my case was the hdd. Full of bad sectors in first part. So i deleted the c partition (60 gb) , make the d partition active and install os there (the same disk). No problems for 6 months or so. That laptop works almost 24/7, even right now, with that smaller hdd, a little smaller. I did this because bad sectors are usually located at the beginning/end of the disk. NEVER run a full scan because can kill your disk forever. Of course the hdd will be replaced some day but in the meantime works very well. Hope this helps, my experience.

I suggest that you start with help on the support.microsoft site although there are hundreds of pages telling you how to use DISM and SFC.

Start with these two commands run from an administrator command promt:
First: DISM.exe /Online /Cleanup-image /Restorehealth
Then: sfc /scannow
