Locked "webtorrent" items not downloading with utorrent

I have tried to download a few different links similar to this one.

webtorrent:https://www.teamos.xyz/attachments/videoproc-converter-ai-6-0-7z-torrent.25595/

The link is not downloading. It just stops.

When I have downloaded the links without "webtorrent" the download great.

Is there anything that I am missing or can you please help me to fix this.

I was using brave when it wasn't working.
I just switched to firefox and now it's working fine.
