This was a great read, going to give it a shot & see if it improves anything. I installed one of @Mr. Grimbahir's VIP OS's & then did a clean install of uTorrent (v.3.5.5 b.46074/32), with (IPVanish v.3.7.4.0 2021-09-02) as my VPN, I went from 2-6 MB/s (yes, MB), to 18-21 MB/s, on a Comcast high-speed cable acct. & that is without this tweak... I will make these changes tonight & see what gives... IPV did just come out with a new version too... I hate imprecision in things like this, I want to know EXACTLY what has created 4x the DL speed I had this morning?! Good or bad, I want to know how to duplicate performance, not trip over it like my wife's crap, in the middle of the night on my way to take a piss... but bottom line? Team OS: It's not a blow job, but it's close, LMAO!

TeamOS does not recommend any torrent clients.
Users of the site often recommend uTorrent 2,2,1 because it has proven to be more reliable than some of the later versions. On some other sites the later versions of uTorrent are banned for various reasons.
Users of qBittorent recommend it because it has also proven to be reliable. qBittorrent is accepted on all the sites that I have ever used.

Windows 11 ( that could be the culprit right there ). but im not going back to 10 JUST to use Utorrent 2.2

its the ONLY app i havent been able to run. I get just as good speeds with 3.5 so, ill stick with that.

I had used uTorrent 2.21 a long time ago. I always upgraded to newer ones sometimes having many problems. As soon as possible I will downgrade from my current version to this. Thanks for all info you all posted here!

Why waste time researching something that will give me if anything maybe a 5% increase in speeds? i already max out my speeds with 3.5, i dont really understand why 2.2 would have ANY increase in usefulness.. even on my vpn i can get 80%+ speeds
