Command line options:

Silent install: /S /I
Unpack portable: /S /P
Do not create shortcuts on the desktop: /ND
Do not create shortcuts in the Start menu: /NS
Select installation location: /D=PATH

The /D=PATH parameter should be the last one.
For example: Uninstall.Tool.v3.5.3.5561.exe /S /I /D=C:MyProgram
