You haven't downloaded anything yet from here.
Use a torrent client for the torrent links, better to use utorrent or qitbittorrent
Leave Bitspirit on try one of the above and check if you are able to download and seed

I agree with @Jerry_Xristos . Do not use Bitspirit,
Use qBittorrent or uTorrent.

@manu51100 has managed to download by switching to qBittorrent, although he didn't bother to tell us that he had fixed his problem.
All he has to do now is work out how to seed.
